Brianna CEO’s Target

Brianna was in high spirit to get her work done in the final hours. She was washing the dishes now. Yes … even though it was not actually part of the job desk, but she loved to help her co-worker, The Steward.

The Girl who was not far from Brianna added another pile of dirty dishes. She then polished a clean plate that was still wet.

”Brianna, aren you tired? Let me do the rest. Just get back to your work area! ”

Brianna looked away for a moment, smiled. She focused again on washing the various kinds of cutlery.

”No. Really. Just relax! Ill help you. ”

”Okay. Thanks again. ”

”Hmm, if you say that one more time, Ill give you a door prize, a dozen plates. ”

Brianna and her co-worker laughed together. Their tiredness seemed to be reduced drastically, forgotten for a moment.

”Brianna! Get out of here! ”

The 2 people who were busy working in the back area were equally surprised, especially Brianna. She also left the dishes, as well as the water faucet on.

The Steward was kind enough to turn the faucet so the water wouldn flow anymore. After that, she followed out as well, followed by the chefs on duty today.

As soon as she opened the dividing door between the restaurant and the kitchen, Brianna could see that there were 2 large debt collectors with fierce faces. Both of them were also dressed in all black.

There were also chairs, tables, and several other restaurant facilities scattered, upside down, and damaged. This was definitely the work of the two debt collectors.

A debt collectors hands clenched into fists. On the other side, his friends face was like a lion ready to pounce on its prey.

”I beg you. ”

The Debt Collectors looked at each other. They must agree with the decision to be taken. For some reason, after a few seconds, they nodded in unison.

”How? ”

”Fine. Well give you a week to provide the money. If you don have it, Ill destroy your workplace! ”

A table was kicked. The Debt Collectors then left without being evicted. This incident shocked the people in the restaurant.

Brianna breathed a sigh of relief. However, when she turned around, she got some disappointment look from co-workers, as well as an anger look from The Manager.

”Sorry, everyone, for the chaos. Ill make up for it later. ”

The Managers face turned red. She looked like a boiled crab.

”Compensation? Where do you think the money will come from? Your salary is not enough to cover todays losses. ”

”Once again, sorry, Maam. About the money, Ill try my best. ”

The Manager scoffed. She tilted the corner of her lips.

”Keep in mind! Your salary this month will be cut by three quarters. And, the deduction will be valid for 3 months. ”

Brianna was sad. Her eyes welled up with tears, but she kept it from spilling out and was still standing strong here.

”Yeah, Maam. ”

”Alright. Clean up this mess! Hurry up! ”

The Manager glared at Brianna. She then left the restaurant, through the glass door. Looked like it was heading to her own room
