She had obviously been crying for a long time.
Jiang Shan’s heart softened.

Mei Li looked up at Jiang Shan.
She then stood and threw herself into Jiang Shan’s arms.
“What the hell did I do wrong for you to do this to me?! It wasn’t easy to find this job and I wanted to start over! You got someone to fire me! Why are you so ruthless to me?!”

Jiang Shan frowned slightly.
Mei Li’s crying was so sad that he couldn’t push her away since he was a gentleman.

They both translate to marketing and I don’t know what the difference is.
