Chapter 2

Although Elin appealed to her that she came from aristocratic origins, she almost dropped her expectations of working there.

This is a basic teacher course, the convent is not a professional teacher training institution.
I’d say she’s more like a nanny than a teacher.

Tutors from convents used to be cheap, or when their children were infants.

However, she said that she was too wealthy to use her  for a cheap taste, and that Young-ae was 9 years old when her children were young.

What the hell was the agency thinking sending me here?

Elin is so optimistic that she is always positive, but it was hard to shake the thought that there was no way she could be hired from a convent in such a family.

“You’ve been here for the last six.
Seeing that you have letters of recommendation from all four places, you must have taught children well.”

“I like children.
Maybe that’s why I had a good relationship with the children, and they seem to have taken a good look at it.”

Elin can’t use her four legs when it comes to pretty things, but the little creaking children were all cute, even if they were bad boys.
Enough to forgive them  for having trouble.
Is that so? When we part, myself too, They were always in tears.

The knowledge I learned at the convent was shallow.
Elin’s skills were not enough to fill the knowledge that was growing as the children grew taller.

It was the most regrettable thing that I could not be with the children for a long time and parted soon.

“You have a very lively personality.”

As Elin smiled softly, her left and right cheek were dented and her cheeks were welling.

“It’s good.
Our Amber is so gloomy

She was cynical, so I wanted her to  meet a bright person.”

“i See.”

I nodded, but I was puzzled.
How can a child be gloomy and cynical in such a good environment?

From birth, Elin was the type of person who thought there was no such child.
Contrary to appearances, the family often suffered from many problems.

Is that the case here too?

Even before seeing the child, Elin’s sympathy was welling up.

“Is it possible to stay in residence from today? The teacher has been away for a while.”

“Yes?”

Elin questioned the Duchess because it was hard to believe that she was going to hire her.

“Are you having a hard time right now?”

“No, no.
I  can do it right now.
All I need to do is pick up a  luggage from the inn “ Elin came to her senses and answered quickly.

Oh my gosh, this is so amazing.
, my incompetent myself in this great ball.

To get a job as a teacher right away? I didn’t expect it at all though.

Elin doesn’t want to show off her favorite tea.

“Amber can’t read.”

“Didn’t You say 9 years old?” Elin asked if she was wrong.

Duchess tilted her head and said “That’s right, 9 years old.**

Nobility children learn to read and write at the earliest by the age of 5, or at the latest at the age of 6, and by the age of 7, they can read and write on their own.

But if she can’t read letters even at the age of 9, it means she don’t have normal intelligence.

“She is dyslexic”

I wondered if there was someone who could not read letters, it is her!

“This is a matter for the family’s honor, so please be silent.”

Wrinkles were engraved on the beautiful forehead of the Duchess.
