Amusement park… It could be said as one of the best date spots where you could enjoy food and drinks at a slightly higher price, also free screaming attractions such as roller coasters and haunted houses. It could be said as a place where you could enjoy an extraordinary life that might be a little out of the ordinary. This time, I, Kohaku Hatano, was invited to such a place.

Well, what I can say is that a normal date for a high schooler like this, is good…

As a high school student, I have more opportunities to go out with girls, that’s for sure, but… Looking back, the time I went out with girls was, that a company-sponsored party, a birthday party of a noble that was so prestigious even the royal family attended, and the dinner during the other day which was in a luxury hotel dinner.
It’s not a date that the average high school student does, right? Am I the only one who gets the impression that a date, especially having dinner at a hotel, is something that adults do? I mean, even the first date I had in my previous life was walking inside a department store! I’m stunned by this difference! Seriously!

While thinking of such a thing, I sipped coffee at a cafe near the meeting place. Since I had a little time to spare, I was laid back like this, but seeing how many people I could see through the glass, I was impressed. I knew that it would be full of women, but all looked so happy. 

The amusement park I was planning to visit today was a new amusement park that opened three years ago. It had been a hot topic since it opened, and even after three years, it was still a popular spot. There were many performances on the street, many attractions that it would be impossible to ride all of them even if you spend one whole day in here, and the parade that you could enjoy. 

For sure, this is a good date spot.

……But that’s why I have a question. Yuzuka-san, is a young lady, why did she choose this spot? She is a non-ordinary woman. In the first place, has she ever been to an amusement park?…… Wait, perhaps she was here for pre-opening and related parties, but still, this is an amusement park, a place visited by so many people.

On a date you don’t want to fail, you’ll want to do something that’ll make you look good.
To be honest, when I was invited to the amusement park, I thought she would reserve the place. But, seeing this large number of people, it seems that’s not the case. It’s an amusement park, moreover, on the weekend, I think there are more people than she can imagine.

I looked at the clock, it was just the right time, so I headed to the meeting place. I thought it would be difficult just to find the person I was looking for in such a crowd, but… I found Yuzuka-san easily. She was waiting quietly, but for some reason, there was a lot of space around her.
