After transcribing everything I could remember in my top-secret notebook, I relaxed.

I looked out the window, and the sun was directly overhead, which meant that it had been more than a few hours since I woke up in the morning.

I sighed and thought of how no one visited this room during the several hours spent writing down my memories.

If my memory of Kaisar is correct, I used to abuse, threaten, and blackmail my servants.
Even my parents, brother, and sister hate me because of my repeated misdeeds and bad behavior that has not improved.

Of course, my parents knew about my attitude toward their servants.
They would not blame them if they did not care about them protecting me, so there was no way any of them would take the trouble to take care of me, who was always condescending and abusive whenever I opened my mouth.

Yes, while I am the eldest son of a duke, it is only natural that no one visits me because I am a b*****d from the inside out.

However, this attitude from the family and the servants twisted Kaisar’s mind even more, and over time, he could no longer trust anyone.

And the reason Kaisar became twisted was that he had no talent for magic or swordsmanship while being the eldest son of a Duke when, on the contrary, his younger brother and sister were full of talent.

Kaisar’s became tremendous, and it did not take long to twist his young mind.

Still, if his parents had given him equal love and affection as his siblings, he might have been able to endure it.
Yet, every time he did something, he got called a failure and disgrace to the dukedom, and his younger siblings got praised instead.

There was no way that Kaisar’s spirit could endure such a development.

That did not mean that he was allowed to commit crimes, but I must admit that there is no doubt that Kaisar is a victim of negligence, no matter what anyone says.

I looked through the window, hearing the happily chattering of my family saying,

“Dear brother didn’t show up for breakfast today.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good breakfast!”

“I wonder why he is still alive.”

“Well, don’t say that.
Though it’s hard to say he will surpass younger brother Daniel in the future, he is still the eldest son of the Duke’s family.
I wish I could eliminate him, but if I get discovered doing so, our family would be in jeopardy.”

“We’ll have to be patient until he graduates.
Once he graduates from the school, there will be plenty of excuses for us to get rid of him from the Kvist family.”
