I decided I can’t wait for the carriages, so I broke away for the Royal Capital on a horse.

In the Royal Castle, the royal guards, the Crown Prince, and the Third Prince and his guards are staring down the Second Prince and his forces.

Behind Trolla Canaan and the Royal Guards are the King, Crown Prince, and Sonaris while the other side has the Second Prince and his forces as well as the Second Queen and Second Princess.

“Henry, I never expected you to be so foolish! Would you back down if I allowed you to escape with house arrest?” King

“Nonsense, father.
I’m much better suited to be Crown Prince than the mediocre waste of space beside you, but I don’t want to live in a Kingdom where a King makes someone like that Crown Prince.
Today, I’ll put an end to your lackluster Kingdom, I’ll reform it into a proper meritocracy!” Henry

“At this point, I’m eternally thankful I didn’t make you Crown Prince, an amoral opportunist like you has no business ruling anyone!” King

“Why are you so against it? You can’t corral the aristocrats when you need to and you let the Anti-Royalist faction get close to rebellion!” Henry

“Every government has an opposition faction.
It’s part of politics to coordinate between opposing views.” King

“That’s only because you aren’t running the government in a way that satisfies people! If you took a strong stance in the right direction, there wouldn’t be an opposition!” Henry

“How naive are you to say that? Aristocrats don’t move like that! You have to strike a balance between their interests, righteousness, and speed!” King

“Righteousness is the only thing that matters.
If the wicked are eliminated and righteousness reigns, the Kingdom will unite!” Henry

“That does nothing but divide the people!” King

“Have you actually tried it? Maybe that’s the problem, you never tried.
